Glen and I started working together in 2017, when he approached me about a rebrand. His previous logo had served its purpose, but didn’t reflect his personal values and his company’s ethos and ambitions. We talked a lot about his business and what is important to him before picking up a pencil or a mouse. The resulting rebrand included a logo with the strapline Installing Values, a brand bible, stationery, uniform, office frontage, adverts, van liveries and styles for a new website. At the core of Glen’s business is sustainability, quality and honesty, and it was important that this was taken into account when sourcing suppliers. Glen’s business cards are printed on recycled cotton fibres and his uniform is organic and fair trade. The rebrand has allowed him to realise his ambition and has helped expand his business, move to new premises and clearly communicate his values to customers.
